Signature Packages

The Favorite


Full wedding planning and coordination package. This includes up to 3-one-hour in person or virtual meetings on top of typical communications, and up to 8 hours of set-up and coordination.

The Petite


Wedding planning and coordination package. This includes 1-one-hour in person or virtual meeting on top of typical communications, and up to 6 hours of set-up and coordination.

The Planners Paradise


Planning only package. Includes up to 3-one-hour in person or virtual planning sessions on top on typical communications.

The Synergy


Wedding coordination package. Includes 1-one- hour meeting prior to event and up to 6 hours of set up and coordination..

Add-Ons

Planner can accept or decline any add-on on a case by case basis. All add-ons must be paid in full at least 24 hours before service is to be completed.

Milage


You will be responsible for paying for milages for any travel outside of a 30 mile radius of Helena as it relates to your event.

Hospitality


If an overnight stay is required for your event, hospitality reimbursements are required prior to the event.

Additional Coordination


If the coordination included in you packaged doesn’t fit the need for your event, you can request more time at an addition cost.

Additional Meetings


If you love to meeting in person or virtually and would like to request an additional meeting beyond what is covered in your package, you can request this service at an additional cost.

Paper Designs


Exclusive to Brides who choose “The Favorite” or “The Petite” package. This includes digital design of save the dates, invitation, programs, or any other print product for your event. Cost analysis includes time for the design, any revisions, and .png or .jpg of the original. Prints can be purchased through Happily Hanson Planning or printer of your choosing.

Custom Signage


Exclusive to Brides who choose “The Favorite” or “The Petite” package. Signage for your event, including posters, acrylic, wooden, or mirror signs.
